Chrissean Official — Clothing Rental Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rental of garments ("Rental Items") from our archive collection through Chrissean Official ("Chrissean," "we," "us," or "our"), including in-studio try-on appointments. By booking a try-on session or renting a Rental Item, you ("Renter," "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Studio Try-On Appointments

1.1 Booking fee. A booking fee of ₱500 is required to reserve a try-on appointment at our studio.

1.2 Reimbursement. The ₱500 fee is fully reimbursable/credited toward your order if you proceed to book a rental (or purchase) during or as a direct result of that appointment.

1.3 Non-refundable if no booking is made. If you do not proceed with a rental or purchase, the ₱500 fee is non-refundable. It covers styling time, garment handling, and appointment scheduling.

1.4 No-shows and late cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or not attended, forfeit the ₱500 fee.

1.5 Rescheduling. One reschedule is permitted at no additional cost if requested at least 24 hours before your appointment.

2. Rental Eligibility

2.1 Rental is currently available only on select pieces from our past/archive collections, as marked "Available to Rent" on our site. Items from our current season collection are available for purchase only and are not eligible for rental.

2.2 Renters must be 18 years or older, or booking with the consent and presence of a parent/guardian.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 A Rental Item is only confirmed once full payment of the rental fee and the security deposit (see Section 5) has been received.

3.2 Rental periods are booked for a fixed duration (e.g., 4-day or 8-day rental, as selected at checkout) beginning on the agreed delivery/pickup date.

3.3 Availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed, even if an item appears in your cart.

4. Delivery, Pickup, and Return

4.1 Rental Items may be picked up in-studio or delivered, depending on the option selected at booking.

4.2 Items must be returned by the agreed return date, either in-studio or via the return method specified at booking.

4.3 Late returns are subject to a late fee of 5% of the rental price per day, up to the full retail value of the item.

4.4 Renters are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit, if applicable.

5. Security Deposit

5.1 A refundable security deposit of ₱1000 for standard / ₱2500 for bridal is charged at checkout in addition to the rental fee.

5.2 The deposit is refunded within [2] business days of the item being returned and inspected, provided the item is returned on time and in acceptable condition per Section 6.

5.3 Deductions from the deposit may be made for late returns, damage, staining, odor, missing components (e.g., belts, straps), or failure to follow care instructions.

6. Condition, Damage, and Care

6.1 Renters agree to treat Rental Items with reasonable care and to avoid activities that risk staining, tearing, or damaging the garment (e.g., contact with makeup, self-tanner, food, or drink; smoking near the garment).

6.2 Normal wear (light creasing, faint signs of a single wear) is expected and will not incur a charge.

6.3 Chargeable damage includes, but is not limited to: stains that do not remove with professional cleaning, tears, snags, broken zippers/clasps, missing embellishments, and alterations made without our written consent.

6.4 If a Rental Item is damaged beyond professional repair or cleaning, the Renter will be charged up to the full retail replacement value of the item.

6.5 Renters must not attempt to clean, iron, steam, or repair Rental Items themselves. All Rental Items are professionally cleaned by Chrissean after each return.

6.6 Alterations (e.g., pinning for fit) must not involve cutting, sewing, or any permanent modification. Temporary, non-damaging adjustments only.

7. Cancellations

7.1 Rental bookings cancelled at least [2] days before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund of the rental fee (excluding any non-refundable try-on fee per Section 1).

7.2 Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable, as the item is held exclusively for you during that period.

8. Loss or Non-Return

8.1 If a Rental Item is not returned within [5] days of the due date and no communication is received, the Renter will be charged the full retail value of the item and the deposit will be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Chrissean is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a Rental Item, including but not limited to allergic reactions or discomfort from garment materials.

9.2 Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the specific rental booking in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

Chrissean reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our rental service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
